When you or your partner finally go into labour doing the calculations of the lengths of contractions and the time between them can be a lot more confusing that you thought ...especially as you probably have other things on your mind!!!

We have very kindly made a contraction timer for MS Excel. It is extremely simple to use and takes one stress out of the situation. We suggest downloading it to a laptop, that way when you arrive at the hospital you can show the doctors/midwives exactly what your contraction history has been.
